day starts
with a classic French breakfast by the pool or on the terrace. You'll
enjoy the benefits of our coaching in French conversation. Topics
revolve around the preparation of the main meal of the day. Small
intimate setting with only eight clients per week

Culinary
demonstrations and visits to local markets and vineyards allow for an
appreciation of life in Provence.
Late afternoons and evenings are free for canoeing and kayaking, golf, horseback riding, and exploring the many points of interest in the area. |

Not to be missed are
Avignon, the Pont du Gard, the Colosseum in Nîmes, the vineyards
of
Châteauneuf-du-Pape and those of Tavel and its famous
rosé. That is to
say nothing of the local restaurants to sample!
